Fresh Peach Summer Lemonade

peach-lemonade

This is about to be your official drink of summer. 🍑🍋✨

Made with just a handful of simple ingredients, this peach lemonade is fresh, bright, and ridiculously refreshing. Sweet, juicy peaches mellow out the citrusy tang of lemon, creating that perfect sun-soaked balance that just tastes like warm weather.

It’s quick to make, easy to love, and endlessly versatile. Sip it over ice on a hot afternoon, spike it for a laid-back evening upgrade, or freeze it into popsicles for peak summer energy.

There’s a reason this one becomes a repeat request — it’s sweet, refreshing, and dangerously easy to keep refilling. 🍹✨

Ingredients

Lemonade
I love using homemade lemonade — just water, sugar, and fresh lemon juice. It’s bright, clean, and lets the peach flavour shine. But if you’re short on time, grab your favourite store-bought version. Even sugar-free works perfectly. No lemonade snobbery here.

Peaches
Fresh or frozen both do the job, but fresh peaches? Next level. Juicy, fragrant, peak-summer energy. That said, frozen peach slices are a lifesaver when it’s cold outside and you’re craving a little sunshine in a glass.

Mint (Optional but Recommended)
Mint might seem like a bonus, but it quietly elevates everything. It adds a cool, refreshing lift that makes the peach flavour pop even more. Subtle. Fresh. Worth it.

Simple ingredients. Big summer mood. 🍹✨

Here’s the golden ratio for peak summer energy. 🍑🍋✨

Method

1. Lemonade
Whip up your homemade lemonade (water, sugar, lemon juice) or pour in your favourite ready-made version. Easy start.

2. Peaches
Wash, pit, and slice those peaches, then blend them until smooth. Toss in a little mint if you’re using it — it adds that cool, fresh pop that makes everything sing.

3. Combine & Chill
Stir the peach puree into the lemonade. Strain if you prefer it smoother and lighter, or leave it pulpy for extra texture. Serve over plenty of ice and prepare for immediate refreshment.

That’s it. Three steps to full summer mode. 🍹✨

Use 4 cups fresh peaches, 1½ cups fresh lemon juice, 8 cups water, and 1½ cups sugar. That gives you a beautifully balanced, sweet-tart lemonade with a proper hit of peach.

But here’s the fun part — you’re absolutely allowed to tweak it. Taste and adjust. Want it brighter? Add more lemon. Sweeter? A little more sugar. Stronger peach vibe? Dial it up.

I personally leave the peach pulp in because it boosts that juicy, natural peach flavour and gives the drink a little body. If you prefer it smoother and lighter, strain it through a fine mesh sieve.

Want it extra peachy? Reduce the water slightly or use less lemonade so the peach flavour really takes centre stage.

Basically: start here, then make it yours. Summer doesn’t do strict rules. 🍹✨

This is my absolute favourite way to serve it — tall, icy, and unapologetically summery. 🍑🍋✨

Pour the peach lemonade over a glass packed with ice and garnish with a fresh peach slice and a sprig of mint. It looks beautiful, smells incredible, and instantly feels a little bit fancy.

I always add the ice directly to the glass instead of the pitcher. That way, as it melts, it doesn’t water down the whole batch — just your individual serving (and let’s be honest, it won’t last long enough to matter anyway).

If you’re feeling extra, toss in chunks of fresh peach and a few torn mint leaves for that rustic, garden-party vibe.

Or blend it with ice and turn it into a peach lemonade slush on those seriously hot days. Same drink. Cooler attitude.

However you serve it, it’s basically sunshine in a glass. 🍹✨

Helpful tips

Want to dial up the flavour? Let’s make it bold. 🍑🍋✨

For a more intense, fruit-forward vibe, don’t strain everything out. Leave a little lemon pulp in the base — or keep some of that peach pulp too.

It boosts the colour, adds natural texture, and deepens that juicy peach flavour in the best way. Plus, those tiny red and pink specks floating through the glass? Gorgeous. It makes the whole drink look extra fresh and a little bit artisanal.

More pulp = more personality. And honestly, we love a drink with personality. 🍹✨
