- In a tall glass, add the mint leaves and rum. Gently muddle for about a minute — press just enough to release the oils without shredding the leaves. We want fragrance, not confetti. You can leave the mint in for extra flavour or remove it if you prefer a cleaner sip.
- Fill the glass generously with ice. Mojitos love to stay frosty.
- Pour in the simple syrup, fresh blood orange juice, lime juice, and strained raspberry juice. Give it a good stir so all those tart-sweet flavours mingle beautifully.
- Top with sparkling water for that refreshing fizz. Give it one gentle stir to lift everything through the glass.Fresh, vibrant, lightly fizzy — basically sunshine with attitude.
