Mediterranean Feast Tacos

Fast, fresh, and gloriously Greek-inspired — these warm pita tacos are piled high with herby chicken, vibrant vegetables, crumbly feta, and a silky drizzle of tzatziki.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast sliced into juicy strips
  • 3 tbsp olive oil (the good one)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • Sea salt & cracked black pepper to taste
  • 4-6 soft, pillowy pita breads
  • 1 cup cool, creamy tzatziki

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken with oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes.
  4. Warm pita breads until soft and pliable.
  5. Fill pita with chicken, vegetables, feta, and tzatziki.
  6. Serve immediately with fresh herbs and lemon wedges.

Notes

Serve straight away while everything’s warm, juicy, and at peak deliciousness — that first bite is when the pita is soft, the chicken is tender, and the tzatziki is gloriously cool against it all.
